I'm very disapointed with your new gel tint product. It does not cover like the capsules did. I have to do my brows more frequently and the new gel does not give me a rich color. I looked on line to see if there were any product with capsules still available.

I have been purchasing (medium brown) & using this product for over 7 years from my local Beauty Supply store and am disappointed with the new formula. The ONLY thing I like about the new formula is that the gel does not run and expand around the brows the way the old formula did. What I DO NOT like - 1. The color is not the same as it used to be; the formula needs to be left on my brows for 30 minutes or more for coverage. 2. Even with that time on the brows, the color is not as deep, vibrant or as dark; as it was. 3. It has red tones. 4. I prefer the capsules so that I could use the amount I need. 5. Mixing the formula on paper is wet & messy; the paper gets sloppy fast; fortunately I have a small cup I use instead of the paper. The old gray you mixing cup you used to include was great!
I will not buy this formula again unless it returns to the old effect.
